What prevents compassion from arising and what enhances it once we have an experience of compassion? Further exploring bodhciitta, Nalandabodhi Seattle offers another Sunday teaching series with a special guest teacher, Lama Karma Chötso. We will practice giving and taking (Tib. tong len), and questions are encouraged.

Dedicated to the excellent health, longevity, and flourishing enlightened activities of our main teacher and founder, Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, and to share prayers and blessings for the world and all sentient beings, this weekend program will offer participants an opportunity to immerse themselves in the meditation and mantra recitation.
