Mahamudra Weekend Retreat 2026
Mahamudra for “Lazy” Meditators
Mahamudra is a profound system of meditation and philosophy in Tibetan Buddhism focused on discovering the true, luminous nature of the mind. It views all phenomena as empty of independent existence and inherently perfect, with the ultimate goal being enlightenment through direct experience.
In our busy lives, what kinds of practices and experiences will help us gain the insights and wisdom of Mahamudra?
Nalandabodhi’s Chancellor Acharya Lama Tenpa Gyaltsen will lead us through a weekend of teachings and practice to discover the true nature of mind.  More about Lama Tenpa …
