The panel will provide a brief overview of Mahamudra practices and an orientation for the weekend’s retreat.

Everyone is welcome!

The Friday night program is open to everyone free of charge.  Donations appreciated.  For the weekend retreat, however, it is recommended that participants have a daily meditation practice plus some understanding of Buddhist teachings and Vajrayana.  Click here to make an online donation.
