Meditation is a way to calm the mind and allow our love and wisdom to flourish in our hearts, minds and in our daily lives.  But we all know it is not easy to sit quietly.

To do so we need to have harmony between our body and mind, to be grounded in the present moment, and to feel stable and confident.

Lujong, Tibetan yoga, has been designed over centuries to provide that strength from within, and to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The exercises in lujong influence our entire system from the physical to the most subtle and profound.

Senor students will lead a modified form developed by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche for his western students. It is an enlivening practice, designed to uncoil the knots in our energy system and open the energy flows of the body. It is done in standing positions, so needs no special equipment or mats, and can be either vigorous or gentle, depending on the needs of your body.  Come check it out!
