Please come to our Nalandabodhi community (and friends) first annual Losar Music and Poetry night, Thursday, Feb. 19, 6:30 – 8:30 PM. It will be a celebration of poetry and music to help kick off the Tibetan new year, “year of the fire horse.” We will also have beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and light snacks.
Our plan is to have a few poems, musical offerings by three of our sangha musicians – Larry Welsh, Tim Lyons, and Kyle Miller, with time for socializing.
If you would like to read a poem, ideally one of your own (but not required), please let Neil know, at nkolwey@gmail.com. Also, if you would like to volunteer to help Neil and Eileen set up or clean up, please let Neil or Eileen know. Eileen is at eileenkay1027@msn.com.
