With songs and chants, visualizations and mantra recitation, we supplicate Arya Tara to bestow her blessings on us and on all beings: to dispel our fears, heal our illness, pacify our anxieties and afflictive emotions, keep us from harm, overcome obstacles, awaken our own hearts of compassion and wisdom and liberate us.
The liturgy is unique to Nalandabodhi, being a mind treasure of Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche and composed by Khenpo and Ponlop Rinpoche.
