Friday, May 9 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM MT
Saturday, May 10 from 10:00 to 2:00 MT
We are delighted to announce an End of Life Workshop May 9-10 at Odantapuri, our Nalandabodhi meditation center.
On Friday evening, we are honored to have our esteemed karunika Dan Hirshberg join us and teach on the Bardo. On Saturday, we will work together on the documents listed below with help from our Death Doula group and the Buddhist Chaplain from Boulder Community Hospital.
We have updated the End of Life Guidelines and initiated a NBCO Death Doula group and would like to share these new developments with you.
In preparation for our eventual departure from this life, it is important to plan ahead and fill out the End of Life Guidelines, the Medical Power of Attorney, and the Advanced Directives. Members will receive the documents in a separate mailing. These documents can also be downloaded from this resource page. Please look at them in advance of the program and come with questions!
If you are not a member and wish to participate, RSVP to Trish Flaster at tflastersprint@earthlink.net and she will send you the documents.
Please register. We’d like a headcount so we can plan on providing a lunch on Saturday.
Hope to see you there.
