Blessing Ceremony at Vajrasana
with Acharya Lhakpa and
Acharya Tashi
Sunday, August 9, Acharya Lhakpa and Acharya Tashi will be coming to Boulder to lead a blessing ceremony for Vajrasana prior to the foundation being laid. (Vajrasana is the new Nalandabodhi meditation and study building.).
As of now, here is the schedule as we know it:
9:30 – 11:00 (maybe shorter?) ceremony at the site of Vajrasana
11 – 11:30 return to Odantapuri
11:30 – 1:00 a simple lunch set up and a discussion with Acharya Lhakpa and Acharya Tashi around the ceremony – how and by whom was it designed, who wrote the prayers, what do they say, how does this relate to Buddhism in the west. Please think if you have further questions for them.
