Course content

In a world that moves too fast, how do we stay present, compassionate, and rooted? How can we live with depth, authenticity, and integrity in a culture that often values surface over substance? Join us for an exploration of how Buddhist wisdom and practice can inspire and empower our lives.

Each class includes presentations on key topics, guided reflections, and opportunities for small and large group discussion. Guest teachers from the Nalandabodhi community will join us throughout the course, offering a rich opportunity to connect more deeply with our vibrant sangha.

Together we’ll explore:

  • The Life Story of the Buddha
  • Suffering and Liberation
  • Meditation Basics
  • Working with Emotions
  • The Four Seals
  • The Four Reminders
  • Spiritual Friendship
  • The Four Foundations of Mindfulness

The Introduction to Buddhism study texts are recommended.
