Please join us for Nalandabodhi Colorado’s daily meditation practice via Zoom, Monday through Friday (no weekend). The session starts at 8:30 AM Mountain time and consists of a short opening chant followed by silent meditation and closing with a final short chant. The session will last approximately 30 minutes. All are welcome to join, regardless of background or experience.
In order to receive the Zoom link, there is a one time registration needed. When we receive your registration, we’ll send you the Zoom links and passwords.
Outline of the online meditation practice

• Once the opening chant is completed, the session leader, the umdze, will ring the meditation bell to commence the sit
• Shamatha practice
• After 30 minutes, the umdze will ring the meditation bell
