Announcing the next course in our Introduction to Buddhism Series

The Four Foundations of Mindfulness

Online, Tuesdays, June 11 through July 12

The Four Foundations of Mindfulness is one of Buddhism’s most famed frameworks for working with the mind and awareness, both on and off the meditation cushion. By settling your mind and investigating the true nature of your body, feelings, mind, and the world around you, it is possible not only to connect with a natural calmness, but also to uncover profound insights that bring freedom from suffering.

This is the 4th course in the Introduction to Buddhism series.  But it works well as a stand-alone course for those who haven’t completed the series.

The courses are based on talks by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, a contemporary Tibetan teacher. The courses are facilitated by senior students.

All are welcome!

The course will be offered online, via Zoom. Please register (below) in advance to receive the Zoom link

Cost is $20 for the course (4 classes).

Dates/Time:  Tuesdays, June 11 through July 12, 6:00 to 7:30 PM MT

June 11 | Class #1: The Practice of Fourfold Mindfulness and the Mindfulness of the Body
