Monthly Meetings

We were happy to have a full group for our conversations on aging.  We have some interest in forming a 2nd group.  Let us know your interest by registering below.  We’d be glad to help get it started.

How do we cope with a gradual diminishment of our physical and mental abilities? How do our years of practice and study support our mental well being over time? What strategies do we use to keep joy in our life? What does contentment mean as we age? What is the power of relationships and connections ? How do we maintain (and enhance) our aspiration to be of benefit to others?

These are some of the topics we wish to have in conversation with others of like-minded interest.  We will meet at Odantapuri, the NBCO mediation center.  Tentative date and time:  1:30 to 2:30 on the 1st Tuesday of the month.
