There is an abundance of online activities to explore and enjoy while our physical meditation center remains closed. Here are a few of interest that are being offered by the Nalandabodhi Centers.
This Thursday, in the morning, Mitra Tyler Dewar will teach about Vajrasattva practice, and in the afternoon Stephanie Johnston will resume the series about Buddhist visual literacy.

Thursday, August 6th, 11:00 am – 12:30 pm Mitra Tyler Dewar. He will present a meditation practice centered on the symbolic deity of Vajrasattva, a figure invoked in order to help practitioners connect with a sense of guidance and inspiration, particularly in relation to the purification of negative actions and obscurations of mind. How do the forms we create reflect the structure of our mind? What can we learn from this? How can an image communicate complex meaning inexpressible through words? September 25 – 26 – 27 Nalandabodhi International announces our fifth annual Tara Drupchen to be held online with practices at Nalanda West in Seattle, Karmapa Center 16 in Chicago, and many Nalandabodhi centers around the world. All are invited and welcome to participate for free by joining practices online, making prayer requests, aspirations, and offerings, and choosing to #gokind in thought, word, and deed.
